Bussiness Planning?

I just want to start a new bussiness which deals with finance, i want to provide loans to the small bussiness to improve their bussiness and their life, so i'm looking for the better name of my company, and the sponsorships around the world because i have small capital to start with inorder to have big company also i need help to plann my bussiness so far?

it would help if I knew where you live.  There are different requirements, procedures, laws, etc depending on where you are.  But the best place to start would be to check out these sites. the first is from Australia

You should take some Business courses in Accounting, Financial Mangement,
