My husband lives in Swiss and Im from Australia. I have come here in swiss with my 5months old daughter on 90days tourist visa, but overstayed couple of days.

Highly unlikely they'll find out unless you flew in and out (if you went by car it's harder to track).

I doubt they'll mind 5 days if you can explain it when you apply for the visa.

If you regularize your over stay at Switzerland itself, before your departure, giving reasons for over stay, unavoidable in nature., then your chances are bright next time.

Go to your nearest Australian embassy to find out. Sometimes its on the country's encounter and judgement whether or not they do not give you a new visa.
