I don't know of a particular shop, but your best bet would be to find a good Italian butcher.  Rabbit is quite common in Italian cooking and most Italian meat vendors do sell it.

Try Central Market, at intersection of Westheimer and Weslyan.  They have all sort of exotic meat, including rabbit meat at times.  While you are there, you can get some great condiment to go with your rabbit meat.
