Butterfly knife?????

does a pocket clip make a butterfly knife legal? i read on bladeplay.com under a butterfly knife that it comes with a pocket clip to make it legal to carry?

Bad news first:  Pocket clips don't mean anything.  That's one of the dumbest ideas I've heard in a long time.

Now good news: butterfly knives are perfectly LEGAL in some states, and ILLEGAL in others.  It's all down to the laws where you live, and the case decisions backing those laws.
