Butternut Squash kugal recipe for Passover?

I used to have a recipe for Passover, using potato starch and cake meal. I have lost that recipe and now would like to make it again for my Passover Seder. Does anyone have it?

I did ask this in the recipe category, but no one has one thats Kosher for Passover, meaning no flour can be used.

  2. Ingredients:

    1 butternut squash peeled and grated

    3 apples, peeled and grated

    1 cup raisins

    1 cup matzo meal

    2 tsp cinnamon

    1 cup fruit juice or water

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix ingredients together. Press into large baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees until crisp on top. Serves 12.
