Button magnets and 17 month old?

Question

i had a calendar on refrigator with button magnets, cover by pug pins. my 17 month old grandson was in kitchen and now i can not find the magnets! they were about 1/2 inch in size and about 1/4 inch thick. i have looked everywhere for those magnets!!! should i take him to er and get xrays or wait and see if i find them or what? i am worring myself sick over this!!!! any suggestions!?

If it was more then 1 magnet - i would serious consider taking him in. Two magents might attract each other in the intestines and cause some serious problems. Better safe then sorry.

I would take bub to er. My girl swollowed a small battery at that age and they did a scan to identify where it was. They were worried it was lodged in her lung. For piece of mind take him.
