Buttons for light and fan

Question

The buttons to turn the light and fan on/off have pushed back into the unit. How do I get the cover off so that I can reposition them? I can see through a crack behind the cover. I see a pc board moving. It appears to have detached itself from it's position.I don't see any screws holding the cover on. This cover is directly below the display area on the front of the microwave.
