Question:

Buy A Pet Rat (preferably dumbo) In Los Angeles?

Hi. I know about the breeders all around SoCal, so please don't start telling me about them. Personally, I'm tired of dealing with them. They can get arrogant and have little selection. I'm patient to a degree, but waiting five months for a litter only to then be placed on a waiting list is ridiculous.

Now that that's settled, I love dumbos, I prefer lighter colors, and I also prefer dark eyes. I would like to know of any really good pet store with good stock and selection. I've had to deal with sick rats coming from pet stores, and I'd like some quality here. Or, if anyone knows anywhere else I can get them. I'm not against rescues, but animal shelters haven't been any easier than breeders. Please understand that I'm not some jerk who wants an easy pet and everything simple and can't handle this. Not so. I've had rats in the past, and now want them again. I know what I'm doing and just prefer not to deal with these breeders.

I live near downtown L.A., by the way. Thanks, folks.
