My only advice to you is do your homework at home before you buy in the Bahamas. Many times, it's cheaper and the better to buy at home. Think about something going wrong with the camera, who covers the warranty.

My son-in-law bought a expensive watch in Nassau a few years back and even though they guaranteed the product, he had a rough time finding a place to bring it in for repair. It broke within a month.

Ask the the questions and do research before buying.
