It would be a better decision to search your area in craigslist and put an add in there everyone in yahoo answers is all over the place so i doubt you will find anyone here but craigslist.com would work and its free http://geo.craigslist.org/iso/us/mn is link to choose what county you are near in minnesota. good Luck selling!
