Buy online things in london currency with an american credit card?

i want to buy stuff online but the online stores stores sells in london currency only can i still pay with my visa debit card?

you can pay with your american visa debit card but they will charge an international exchange fee, generaly this is about 3% of your perchace.  Keep in mine also, if a price is 10 pound its gonna be liek 20 dollars + the fee.

It will be OK.

Your purchase will be charged in the equivalent USD (American Dollars) and a currency conversion fee is added to your Credit Card statement.

Make sure the site you are interested in is a legitimate business and most importantly has a secure payment system ----Look for the padlock icon in the lower right corner, it must be showing (if it is genuinely secure) when you are creating the payment entry.

Keep details of the transaction until you receive the goods and the warranty period has expired.  Best be safe than sorry.

Yes, you can.

When you get your card bill, Visa will automatically convert the amount you spent on each purchase from pounds to dollars.

yes, its the called the pound or pound sterling or GBP its the same for all of england and yes you can... pay with visa same for most currencies id check www.xe.com and do a conversion first  as the usa peso id pretty weak vs the pound
