Buy or Sell: Production wise, Carter III (Lil Wayne) > Untitled (Nas)?

Simple buy or sell. Which album do you think had better production? Carter 3 or Untitled?

Well TC3 had Cool & Dre, Kanye West, The Alchemist & Swizz Beatz as far as good producers go.

Nas had Green Lantern, Cool & Dre, Toomp, stic.man, Polow Da Don, Jay Electronica & Marc Ronson

actually buy production wise the carter 3 was a better album i have never really been impressed with nas' production on any of his albums

Buy. Tha Carter III has solid production. It doesn't have any amazing production on it, but the beats are something you can nod your head along with. Untitled's production sounds like the producers were trying to come up with something creative, and just missed the target.

Buy...this section loves Nas too much, he's a great rapper but he isn't god, the lyrics were a 10 but the production was mediocre at best

Production Wise had to be the Carter 3 them beats were straight fire even though that was the life of the albums the beats... Untitled was better through lyrics but some beats were aight the Hero beats is sick though Polow Da Don is on the rise

I rate the Lyrics for Untitled an 8....but production a 3, honestly that killed the album for me, I'm still trying to find an acapella version of Untitled..

If you want production Carter 3 is the right one, Swizz Beatz, Maestro, Kanye West, Bangladesh, David Banner and Cool & Dre are some of the producers of the album, they all made great beats. "Untitled" i would say is more poor in production even though it has a Cool & Dre track itself and the usual Salaam Remi and others like Polow Da Don. If you want lyrics you should get Untitled though, Nas is trying to send messages into his songs, Wayne talks about other stuff.
