Recently I moved into a rooming house and about a week after me I got a roommate who was let into the house with no money. He was having trouble finding a job so I offered to sell his Louis Vuitton bag on Ebay for $900. I sold the item and shipped it. The money was then distributed and now the buyer wants a FULL REFUND. I have already given him the money, but the case is that the buyer is saying it's a fake. I AM 100% SURE it is not a fake, that's not the question, the question is what do I do with this?

This person is being ridiculous...

  1. Don't give a refund unless the buyer can provide documentation from an authenticator that the bag is indeed a fake.

  2. lucky is right.  The buyer needs to prove that it's fake.  If your listing is still able to be viewed, go to mypoupette.com and have them authenticate it. (if not, send them photos) they only charge $10 to authenticate handbags.  This way you can show the buyer proof of it's authenticity.  If of coarse it comes back as being fake, you should refund it all.
