Just go to Arsenals web site, Arsenal.com, and click on online shopping.  IDK if they ship to USA but they should.  You can also try Ebay and search for Arsenal Ladies.  Make sure you search worldwide on left so it brings up all of the results from England and asia.  It may take a little bit before you find what you want but I have bought several Ladies Gunner items off of ebay, usually for bargain prices!
