im planning to buy a lancer evo either gsr or mr and my question is can i tell the dealer to customize the car for example put on copper rims instead of stock rims and lowered the car. is that possible? and how much would it cost me?

rims are expensive. a good set will cost you around 1,200. springs can get you around 500.
