Buying a Digital Camera...?

Question

im in the process of ordering a new digital camera, and ive came down to 3 choices, but i dont know which one would be the best for me. Ive had one digital camera in the past, it was a canon power shot S230. Im looking for which out of the 3 is going to be easiest for me to use and get good quality pictures out of, i like taking portraits, and certain pictures of nature and such, and i use it every once in a while to get pictures of birthday parties and holidays.

Canon 7MP digital camera (Power Shot A470):

someone please give me an opinion as to which one is best to purchase..

I would recommend Canon A590 IS instead of A470.  A590 IS gives you a lot of control and has image stabilization which helps to reduce blurry pictures.
