Buying a Ford Focus SVT

Buying a ford focus 2003 SVT with 33k, every available option other than the recaro seats and its in mint cond never driven in snow, paying 8500 for it, think its a good deal? also if you are a focus svt owner, what are some basic upgrades that you recommend IE cold air intake ect..

It seems like a pretty good deal compared to book value. ALL of this is assuming that the car has no problems and is in good condition! It actually has really low miles! Typical miles on a 2003 model car would be around 60k, so it hasn't been driven much at all.
