Buying a Home From Ryland in Baltimore Md?

Question

Does anyone know anything about the Mirmar Landing community in Baltimore, Md. The homes are already built, is the price still negotiable even though they are finished?

Do you still need a home inspector?

The price is especially negotiable if its new.  You may want an inspection, new houses can have problems to (and often different kinds of problems).  

Don't know anything about the community, but I hate Ryland - just make sure you read everything carefully and don't let them jerk you around.
