Buying a JL 12w7?

Im looking to buy a JL Audio 12w7 and a JL 1000watt mono amplifier. Will that require any special equipment like another alternator or a capacitor?

  1. not with a 1000 watt mono amp ne thing more than that you might need 1. id get a cap just so the lights dont dim when ur bumpn. cap is a good idea also bc it will feed the amp power when it really needs it from tht power hungry W7.
