Buying a bike in the states.?

Ok i live in canada and i wanna buy a dirt bike (85cc-250cc) in the states because there way cheaper. is there anyway i can buy a bike there and bring it back? And is i bought a used bike that didn't look that new would they charge me canadian taxes plus all the other taxes the boarder gives you? Please any other things i should know what buying a bike in the states please let me know that you.
