Buying a car in san diego california without a drivers license?

does anyone know where i can buy a car in sd without a drivers license ? at a dealership or something where i can make payments>

In order to buy a car you have to show proof of insurance.  And since you do not have a driver's license you probably do not have car insurance either (well that is how it works in NJ and I'm not sure about CA).

How are you planning on driving the car home if you don't have a license?

It depends on weather your license is suspended or just don't have one. If its suspended then its not likely that you'd get a car. But you just don't have one then think about getting one beforehand.
