flat price including all will be 2919800. How much will be registration and taxes? How much money I need to get ready before going for registration and all? sq.feet price is 2400. I am planning to take a loan of 20 lakhs.

normally the taxes are included by the builder in the cost.

as regards to registration it is seperate. it is for the portion of land cost mentioned the builders agreement at appropriate rate prevailing in bangalore
