  1. Prices are generally cheaper the farther in advance you purchase them.

I've not used this, but apparently Orbitz now has a guarantee that if someone books your same flight for a lower price, they will refund the difference.

  2. yes, book it asap, and look around for the best airline. i booked my summer holiday 3 weeks before, it was £800 on one airline and £350 on the other. however my friend who we were going with booked their flight 5 days after us and theirs was £650.

  3. I think there is a pretty good chance of getting a better price now rather than waiting. I have rarely had any luck waiting. I use southwest as often as possible.(About 10x a year) and have gotten GREAT deals from them! Also if you get tickets and then there is a better deal that comes up you will be given a credit to use at a later date which came in very handy for me.Take Care. Hope you get a good deal!

  4. Umm.. I'd say to take United Airlines in Buisness class to florida from inside the CA region.

  5. Usually if you buy flight tickets earlier, it would be much cheaper. Sometimes even a one day delay make a difference. Such as $300 to $700.

  6. Airlines offer their best fares well over 3 weeks in advance of the flight.  The sooner you book, the better.  There are only a select number of discount fares on each flight, and you are more likely to get one if you book early.  Also, since airlines have cut back the number of flights, there may be less to choose from.  If you want to ensure you desired schedule and save money- book as soon as you can.
