Buying a good Rubik's Cube?

Ok so i really need a new cube but i need help finding one with my specifcations. there are two that i might buy -

The first one is a DIY cube but with tile instead of stickers.

And the other is one of those silver cubes with tiles instead of stickers also.

do you know where i could get them?
