I'm seriously considering buying a home that was moved into town some 30 years ago. My aunt grew up in the home and I know they didn't have any problems structurally. The question is - do you think that will decrease the value and make it hard to sell, should I ever decide to sell it??

  1. Unless this is a manufactured home, you should be fine.

  2. first, you don't have to disclosued that the house was every moved, so no, that's not a problem.

You have to disclose any problems

    It's been 30 years . . . .
