Question:

Buying a house in Green Valley Ranch neighborhood of Denver, CO?

I am looking to buy a house in Denver and I've seen a lot of good deals in Green Valley Ranch. I visited the neighborhood a few times and it seemed fine but now I'm seeing postings on other websites about it being a bad neighborhood. Does anyone have any personal experience, good or bad? I am only planning to live there for about 5 years. Would this be a bad place to invest? Any and all help PLEASE! :)

  1. It may be a good place for an investment, but not necessarily to live. It's not in the best area, but not the worst. Along I-70 and surrounding aurora have great opportunities for investment with foreclosures, but areas with lots of those could make it undesirable for some. Decent neighborhoods though.
