That looks pretty good.  (price?) The hard drive could be upped to a 7200 rpm, and I would like to know how much memory is on the video card, also if it is shared or primary.  This looks like a good business laptop, or student laptop, you should know that the amd is a bit behind intel on speed for laptops, and don't expect to play any challenging games on this thing.
