Buying a new/used car & insurance?

Okay, if you are buying a new/used car will they refuse to sell it to you if you have a warrant? How about insurance will the insurance company refuse to insure you & your vehicle if you have a warrant?

  1. They will sell the vehicle as long as you have proof of insurance.

    You should be able to get insurance as long as you driver's license hasn't been suspended.  Company polices differ so if you're declined by one you can always find another.


  2. Well here in WI. they won't turn you away.  Only if you have a warrant due to a bad driving record.  You also will not be able to get insurance if your driver's license is suspended.

  3. They will sell you the vehicle if you have a warrant. You can also get insurance (as long as your license isn't suspended) How about you worry about your legal record instead of blowing money on new cars? Just a thought.
