Buying a phone from Verizon?

If I already have a contract set with Verizon, is it possible to pay for a brand new phone and use it on that exact same plan even though I previously bought a different one?

you will have to pay full retail price for it unless you are in your upgrade period (every 2yrs) but you can get a new one.

if you dont want to pay full retail price for it then you can buy one off ebay or something and they can switch the phones for like $20 or something.

yes, you don't even need a contract to buy a phone, but you will pay a higher price!!!!!!
