I want to see about how much it would cost to buy a plane ticket from Japan to North Carolina . But i have no idea what website to go to or any thing to buy a ticket. Im completely new to this . Can anyone help me ?

Depends mostly on *when* you travel.  Right now, September looks like the cheapest month: http://www.farecompare.com/fare-search/y...  You can sign up for sale alerts via that link, too.  These are offers direct from airlines.
