Buying a used acura el?

Hey guys , I'm going to buy a 2000. acura el 1.6. It's stick, sunroof, leather seats, 125 000km, 17' black on black rims. This guy posted 3 times on Craigslist. Same car , with different prices. They were :5000,6500 and 7000. Now he created a new one , but this time hes asking for 8500..I really want this car. How do I approach him to get it down to 6000? I will pay em full amount in cash.

If he's posted the same car over and over, I'd worry about scamming. Make sure seller can meet you in person.
