Buying a vechile in spain?

spending next summer in europe, but mostly spain. i am a eu citizen. what i want to know is about buying a camper van or any vechile there.can i get insurance easy there. do i have to have an address and so on. are they hidden cost etc.

you should check this with the spanish embassy, as far as I know, you will need a NIE or NIF Number, and they can tell u , how to get this ( with an adress in spain ? ).

And for the canary islands, they have more restrictions, so I would recommend to buy a vehicle on the peninsula.
