Buying a web cam ..not sure which one to buy?

My sister is going to England in a few weeks so my family is going to use Skype to communicate w/ her. We are wanting to get a web camera but not sure which one to get. I know you can get'em off ebay for a good price..just would like to kno what web cams having good pixel quality etc. Thanks!

With a web cam, the main thing is lighting.  Web cams are all pretty much the same.
