What are your thoughts on buying an enduro instead of an actual road bike for riding around town and stuff. I'm 6'7 215lbs and was wondering how much cc would be sufficient for me to ride around town and take it out on the trails whenever i felt like it. i was thinking a 250cc but would that put me on my rear or will i be able to handle that? If i were able to get a 125cc would that come in an adult size frame because i only see that cc on pit bikes. Thanks

  1. A 250cc will pull you around fine, just don't expect to take it on the interstate.  You can buy a dual-sport like a Kawasaki KLR 650 it'll have plenty to pull you around town even on the highway (though it can be a bit hairy at times). Given your height these are the type of bike you'd probably be most comfortable on though they're not popular and can be hard to find. You might want to look into the supermotard bikes as well.

Also being 6'4" I've noticed a lot of manufacturers are sizing the newer ones towards shorter riders, so it may be worth wile to check out used ones as well.

    Some to look at:

    Honda XR650

    Kawasaki KLR 650

    Suzuki DR and V-strom lines

    Triumph Tiger

    BMW GS

    KTM makes a few

Yamaha also has one I believe.

  2. if i were you id get a 450 fourstroke for the road a 250 fourstroke would be ok but they arnt that fast top end the 450 will be the best for your weight as well try a klx or wr

  3. If your experience xr650 nice *** bike

If kinda experienced rm-z 450 coll

    Begginer xr250

  4. 250 cc for your weight.
