Buying brand new car for export, how long until I recieve a title for the car???

i need the title of the car for the bill of lading so i can export the vehicle..how long does it take until i get a title if i buy the car cash upfront straight from the dealership? also, does anyone know of any shipping companies who ship from california to lagos, nigeria? someone who can ship within 4 weeks that is. any suggestions and answers would be much appreciated. thank you for your time!

It takes the DMV up to 30 days to generate the title. Look in the yellow pages for car shipping brokers. If you are in Souther or Nothern California the are many.
