Buying from ebay, using paypal?

Question

I just made an account for both ebay and paypal, but it says you have to be 18, I'm almosttt 18[12 days], so I put my 'birthday' 13 days before my real birthday so it showed up I was already 18. I'm using the bank account to pay for stuff, so they automatically take it out of my account, I was wondering if there is a change I will get caught... like my bank finding out and me being arrested? hahah I'm just thinking of the worse that could happen.

is there a chance that will ever happen?

Its 100% illegal since your breaking Ebays code. I suggest you wait the 13 days or use your parents name.

I can't imagine you would get into trouble for that.  You have to be 18 to enter into a contract, and this is a contract.  But if you pay for all your purchases and don't try to cheat or defraud anyone, there won't be any problem.

What it actually means is that you have 12 days to get out of it if you want. 8^)

bank doesn't care what you do with your money and ebay/paypal doesn't care either so long as they are taking your money :-)
