Buying guns legally in Missouri?

Question

I want to buy a shotgun since the law in Missouri is at 18 people can buy a shotgun and at 21 a hand gun and I would like to know if there's papers or something I need to do before I purchase a Shotgun I am 18 years old. I have no criminal record (I don't know if they do a background check or not) If need more info I'll add it ASAP

Talk to a gun store or pawn shop employee in MO.  They will know what you need.  Most states require photo ID and a background check.

go to a gun store ....fill out the paperwork....they will do a background check.....if your clean......pay for your shotgun and take it home....simple and easy
