Buying new fram for my skates how do i now how to get the rite siz of fram?

can i jues like use a ruller to get the siz? or do i have to go by foot siz? plz!!!!!!!! really need help!

you are going to have to go to a pro shop and ask them to measure your foot and pick out the size according to that.  Each brand has different size standards, just like jeans.  So you will have to talk to them about what brand you want and for what purpose and then get the size.  : )
