Buying on ebay with verified paypal account without any current funds?

I currently have a verified paypal account which is connected to my checking account. I also currently have very little funds in my paypal account (like 2 dollars), but I wanted to bid on something on ebay. Wiring money to my paypal account usually takes like 12 days so I'm kind of stuck.

I've read somewhere that i can bid and pay for my item with my paypal account despite not having any funds in said account (paypal will later automatically debit my checking account). I was wondering if anyone can confirm this?

yes they will but i do not know if it is a setting you have to check. Go into your paypal "account settings" page ( dk exactly what its called) & check your checking account info to see if its correct and see if the option is listed. I think it will just automatically but check to see

Yes this is true.  Easier way is to tie a credit card to your paypal account for future use instead of checking account.
