well i still live with my family, and i'm not eating the right type of foods for a 15 year old (and i want to still grow in height, because det can affect my growth right?) because you know my parents are so busy with their career and work, i just want to know wouldn't it be awkward if i just buy my own grocery with my money and not share with them? like im not being selfish its just i want to eat like differently and healthier..... should i tell them first and explain why.........i dont want to sound selfish to them

  1. talk to your parents about wanting to eat healthy maybe you can go with them when they shop and pick out some thing you like. They are your parents they love you they want you to be healthy they are responsible for your well being that includes your food.  Save your money

  2. sounds good!!glad you are so good about eating the correct things.I am sure mom would do what she can to help you.

.But my son is 14 and eats awful pizza, hot dogs, fried chicken and is 6'3 and 130 pounds.I need him to see your question.lol

  3. that does not sound selfish at all. if youre not satifsified do it. Ask youre mom when she does grocery shopping to go with her. Make sure you buy lots of vegtable, fruits and protein. They help you grow.

    good luck
