Buying online problems...help please !?

Question

I bought an item in internet right here in yahoo but I never got the product. When I email the company asking for my shipment they just link me to another page where it even says the package has been delvered already.

Please if someone can help me I will appreciate a lot.

Hey there,

Where is the package coming from and where is it being sent too?  Sometimes, if purchased Internationally it can take up to 3 weeks, depending on where you bought it from.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Word of Warning ....Don't ever pay for an item using Western Union, especially if you are buying from China.  They done me in a few years ago and I had no way of retrieving my payment.  I payed them over $1500 and never received a thing in return, they sent me fake invoices to prove that my package had been sent, but when I contacted the Postal Services the reference numbers I had given them were numbers matched to another address to a completely different country.  Beware of anyone who only accepts Western Union payments Only. PayPal is the ONLY way I will pay for items that are bought from a website including eBay...  You are covered with PayPal and if you don't receive your item then you can always file a dispute and generally get a full refund if you do not receive your purchase :-)

If you paid by credit card , file a dispute with the company for item not received,/
