Buying out contracts in the CFL (Casey Printers suck)?

Hi I am a Hamilton Tiger Cat Sympathizer. I was wondering if the Hamilton Tiger Cats can buy-out Casey Printer's huge contract ($500,000) and give it to Richie Williams. Please show your sources for your answers :)

this week was an example of why they need a more expierenced qb, to early to hop on the williams ban wagon and dump printers

I'm a Tiger Cat fan and I think before you go dumping Printers you should think about the o-line.  We need some help to tighten up the line.  

Granted Williams played well last week and I think he's a great player, you can't expect a guy to throw accurately when he's constantly running for his life.

He is just another example of a one year wonder wanting the big bucks.Look at Jason Maas going to hamilton he was going to save them.

While I do think that Williams is the better quarterback in Hamilton, there's no way he's worth 500 grand.  Neither is Printers, for that matter...
