I was wondering...

I went to expedia.com and typed in my destination. it gave me the price. it just said $598. does it include the tax already? or do i have to add tax?

I went to orbitz.com and it said $579 + $119 taxes & fees = $698 per person.

  1. From Expedia:

    "$258.00 + $46.00 taxes & fees = $304.00  "

The prices in the grid in top with the different airlines doesn't include taxes and fees.

The individual flights do, as shown above.

  2. try this site.......also book on the weekday - it is cheaper than weekends

    http://asianairfares.com

  3. Most sites show fares with taxes and in every case that did not, I have seen disclaimers and warnings farther down the page.  As you progress through your ordering process though.  The tax fees will pop up.  They don't slip it in when you reach the airport or anything.  Most of the cheap fares quoted in the papers are without taxes.  Boy do they add up fast.  Sounds like you are aware enough to not get caught.  Careful of the bigs though. Expedia, Orbitz and many of these companys really s***w with you if you want to change a ticket.  Even 5 minutes after making the reservation.  $250 change fee is not uncommon.  Make them spell out the restrictions before you spend your money!!!

  4. Find out what Airline these travel companies are wanting to book you on then go to the airline website and buy them there it's much cheaper check it out! I fly a lot I buy straight from the airline
