first off, is it illegal to ship salvia divinorum to louisiana?

secondly, if it's not illegal, where would be the best place to buy it in new orleans, or over the internet?

http://www.Salvia.md is the only place which ships Salvia to Louisiana.  They also sell the most potent extract I've ever tried.  As far as I know if you are purchasing from LA you are not allowed to consume it, but otherwise I think you can possess it as long as your intent is not consumption.
