I used Babolat Hurricane Tour, but it cost way too much the way I rip them.

I use a hybrid with Hurricane tour and enduro pro. I need help to find a cheaper string for the mains.

  1. i have a gibson les paul. i play usually on the hurricane strings but if you want a good cheap pair go with ernie balls they are pretty much in any music store

  2. You should go to www . tennis-warehouse . com and look at poly strings.  You can sort by price and read customer feedback on each type.   Also, you can go on the Message/discussion boards and search for discussions on polys/ other strings in the Strings and Stringing Forum.

I think you will like Signum Pro Poly Plasma (SPPP) which I hybrid with different syn gut strings.  You will find alot of excellent reviews of SPPP.  Good luck.

  3. babolot balistic and tencifiber polyspin are two other options that are almost the same quality and half the price .... they are really good

  4. You "rip" Hurricane Tours???? Just how good are you?? It took about 6 months for me to break a set of poly, and i don't hit that soft. Anyway, try buying a thicker gauge version of a polyester string. If that doesn't work, you might want to change to kevlar. Ashaway makes some good kevlar strings.

  5. You are a real joker jerky....Just go to your local tennis shop and ask for durable power strings
