Buying sword need license?

Hi i saw a sword online in USA and wishes to buy it. I do not know if it could pass through shipping successfully to me. Do i need to obtain any license to get it? It is not a real sharpen sword, just a collectors sword. But its REAL SIZE..

so far as I know there is no problem to get a replica sword shipped by carrier,but you'd better contact with local police if any doubt.

I know that Singapore prohibits the importation of flick-knives and switch blades... but I could not find any information regarding swords or replica swords.

I bought a sword in France and mailed it to the US and I didnt need anything. Just put it in a nice box and send it.
