Im trying to buy from virgintrains but its not accepting my maestro hsbc card. its saying the card number is wrong. could anyone tell me how long the card number is?

IT'S EITHER 11 OR 12 NUMBER'S WITH SOME LETTER'S.

It is the long number across the middle or lower half of the card and should be 16-19 digits long, all numbers.
