  1. Buy them at the ticket office,No age limit on buying tickets all you need is money.

  2. There is a ticket office at Victoria Station, it is situated by the entrances on the Southern Side of the station (platforms 19 to 9), however there are normally big ques of people waiting for tickets.  You can not board a service at Victoria without a ticket as there are automated gates for all platforms and you will be checked before you board a train, however there are also quite a number of train conductors hanging around the station inbetween there trains or going to and from there breaks, if the ques are very long at Victoria and you dont want to use the quick ticket machines then approach the ticket barriers and see if you can spot one, or ask the gateline assistant if anyone close by is selling a ticket at all around there, you may be lucky.

Otherwise, if you are travelling within the London Zones, you could purchase a pre pay Oyster Card making sure you have enough credits for your journey, but make sure you do not travel outside the zones with this method of payment unless you go to the Conductor of the train and ask for an upgrade to the destination you require.

    Good Luck.

  3. yes and you are full fare anyway  cheaper if purchased on line
