Buzzing/Fizzing noise at the back of TV.

Question

I have owned the jvc av-28r4sk for almost 3 years. There is a buzzing/fizzing sound coming from the back of the TV. It increases and decreases as the picture colour changes or as the picture transfers from scene to scene.Even with the sound at mute I can still hear the noise coming from the back of the TV. Can anyone help?
