  1. I know that if you are involved in an accident while operating a commercial vehicle you do have to take a drug and alcohol test if there is property damage or injuries.but i don't think this law is applicable to noncommercial vehicles..but it should be in every state.

  6. I have never heard of this one.  What state are you talking about?  Laws like this would vary from state to state.

    It does not make much sense as a law.  If a person is drunk and is involved in an accident, the police at the scene are usually pretty good about noticing a person under the influence.  They would get an alcohol test and all of this would be done without adding a new law.
